Is Guluno honey really 100% raw?
Yes. Our honey is never heated, never filtered beyond what’s needed to remove wax and debris, and never blended with syrups or other honeys. What’s in the jar is what came out of the hive.
What does “single-origin” mean?
Each batch is traceable to a specific apiary rather than mixed from multiple regions or countries. One place, one season, one group of bees.
Why has my honey turned cloudy or solid?
Crystallisation. It’s natural. Place the sealed jar in warm water for 10–15 minutes.
How should I store my jar?
Cool, dry place away from sunlight. No refrigeration needed.
How do I check the authenticity of my honey?
We have tests of purity done from Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR) Laboratories Complex, which show that this is 100% pure honey with no artificial substances added.
Will my jar arrive safely?
Yes. We take great care in packaging your honey. Every jar is securely bubble-wrapped and packed to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. If it doesn't, let us know and we'll make it right.
