FAQ’s

Yes. Our honey is never heated, never filtered beyond what's needed to remove wax and debris, and never blended with syrups or other honeys. What's in the jar is what came out of the hive.

What does "single-origin" mean?

Each batch is traceable to a specific apiary rather than mixed from multiple regions or countries, which is common with mass-market honey. You're getting honey from one place, one season, one group of bees.

Crystallisation. It's a completely natural process that happens to raw, unheated honey over time. It's actually a good sign, not spoilage. To bring it back to a liquid state, place the sealed jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Avoid the microwave.

Honey of any kind, raw or processed, should not be given to children under 12 months old, due to the small risk of infant botulism. For anyone over one year old, Guluno honey is safe to enjoy.

We have tests of purity done from Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR) Laboratories Complex, which show that this is pure honey, with no artificial substances added.

No. Ingredients: 100% raw honey. Nothing added, nothing taken away.

How should I store my jar?

In a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. There's no need to refrigerate. In fact, refrigeration speeds up crystallisation. Once opened, keep the lid tightly closed.

24 months unopened, when stored correctly. Honey is one of the few foods that essentially doesn't spoil if kept sealed and away from moisture.

Each harvest is small-batch and limited. We bottle in small runs per apiary, which is why certain batches sell out and why the flavour can shift subtly from season to season.

Yes. We take great care in packaging your honey. Every jar is securely bubble-wrapped and packed to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. If it arrives damaged, just let us know within 14 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
